Eternal Creations is looking for a driven and organized Producer to join the team Part Time, with the potential to grow into a Full Time role. You'll own projects end to end, keeping our Minecraft Marketplace content on track from kickoff to launch by coordinating across departments, managing timelines, and holding the team to our quality bar.
What You'll Do
Project Ownership: Run one project from kickoff to release and through post-launch support.
Backlog Management: Keep the backlogs organized and up to date so everyone knows what they're working on and what comes next.
Progress Tracking: Check in on tasks daily. Follow up on anything that hasn't moved, and find out why.
Risk Identification: Catch problems early while they're still small and find solutions.
Team Coordination: Keep design, development, art, and QA in sync so work doesn't stall between disciplines.
Meetings & Planning: Participate in weekly project meetings, assigning tasks and setting priorities for the week.
Requirements
Experience managing projects and teams preferably in the Minecraft space.
Comfortable working with project management tools such as ClickUp, Notion, or Jira.
Good knowledge of Minecraft Bedrock, behaviour packs, resource packs, and Marketplace requirements.
Willingness to follow up with people who are behind, and to flag problems early rather than waiting.
Able to stay organised when timelines are tight or priorities shift.
Available for regular meetings and consistent weekday overlap with the team.
