Eternal Creations is looking for a driven and organized Producer to join the team Part Time, with the potential to grow into a Full Time role. You'll own projects end to end, keeping our Minecraft Marketplace content on track from kickoff to launch by coordinating across departments, managing timelines, and holding the team to our quality bar.
What You'll Do
Own projects from kickoff to Marketplace submission, keeping scope, timelines, and deliverables on track.
Coordinate between development, art, building, and QA to ensure smooth handoffs and clear priorities.
Run regular reviews and keep the team aligned on progress, blockers, and next steps.
Manage sprint planning and maintain up-to-date project tracking.
Identify risks early and communicate them clearly to the Head of Production.
Support a healthy production rhythm across a remote, async-first team.
Requirements
Strong understanding of Minecraft Bedrock Edition and the Marketplace ecosystem — this is the baseline.
Proven ability to manage timelines, coordinate people, and keep projects moving.
Clear and reliable communicator in English, comfortable working across time zones.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable owning things without being micromanaged.
Familiarity with project tracking tools (ClickUp or similar) is a plus — everything else can be learned.
