Eternal Creations is looking for a Head of Marketing to join the team Part Time, with the potential to grow into a Full Time role. You’ll own everything that leaves the studio and reaches players: store pages, key art, screenshots, trailers, teasers, short form, and community campaigns. You’ll run the internal marketing team and hold their output to our quality bar, so that every Minecraft Marketplace launch looks as good as it plays.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Ownership: Plan and run marketing campaigns for each release, from first teaser to launch day and post-launch pushes.
Creative Direction: Give clear, actionable feedback on key art, screenshots, trailer cuts, and teasers to maximise clicks and conversions on the Marketplace.
Team Leadership: Own the marketing pipeline and the people in it. Assign work, set priorities, and make sure things get done on time.
Asset Flow: Make sure the community manager and editors always have what they need to post, and that nothing goes out unfinished.
Seasonal & Community: Drive seasonal content and community moments such as Discord events, themed icons, and launch activations.
Store Presence: Own how our products are presented on the Marketplace and make sure every listing is at its best.
Requirements
Deep understanding of Minecraft Marketplace marketing: what converts, what gets featured, and what players respond to.
Have personally shipped store screenshots and key art that are live on the Marketplace. This is required.
Understand trailer and teaser construction: hooks, pacing, and what makes a Minecraft video perform. Able to direct editors and animators toward that.
Experience leading or coordinating a small creative team.
Comfortable with project management tools such as ClickUp or Notion.
Strong eye for quality and the confidence to say when something isn’t there yet.
Available for regular meetings and consistent weekday overlap with the team.
