Community Manager

Eternal Creations is looking for a reliable Community Manager to help us grow and take care of our player community. You’ll be the friendly front line of our brand—posting updates, keeping conversations active, collecting feedback, and helping players when they have questions or run into issues. What You'll Do
Post social media updates and interact with our audience (comments, replies, light community engagement).
Maintain and moderate our Discord community (~6,000 members).
Start and guide conversations to keep the community active and positive.
Ask for feedback on releases, updates, and ideas (polls, Q&A, prompts) and summarize insights for the team.
Help players with questions, troubleshooting, and general support.
Escalate bugs/issues/edge cases to the team with clear context and screenshots when needed.
Coordinate with the team on announcements, patch notes, early access, and community events.
Requirements
Strong written English communication (friendly, clear, professional).
Experience managing an online community (Discord experience strongly preferred).
Comfortable engaging publicly as a brand voice (not afraid to comment/reply).
Good judgment and calm under pressure (handling complaints, conflict, and spam).
Organized and consistent—can keep up with daily/weekly routines without being micromanaged.
Familiar with basic productivity tools (ClickUp, Notion, Google Docs, etc.) is a plus.
